An Ohio Architects Statute of Repose was included in Senate Bill 80 which was signed by Governor Taft January 7, 2005. Statute of Repose Provisions · Establishes a 10-year statute of repose for construction-related claims with the 10-year period beginning 10 years from the date of substantial completion of the project (Section 2305.131) · Establishes a 10-year statute of repose for product liability claims against manufacturers or suppliers of products (Section 2305.10) |
